Returns

At Trenvo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All returned items must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons, including but not limited to personal care items, perishables, and made-to-order/customized products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please be aware that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

How to Request a Return

Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after we have confirmed receipt of your return, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times can vary. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
